Can I change my order?

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been processed?

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A clear picture of the item you received instead

How do I track my order?

After your order is packed and processed, you can expect to receive a confirmation email containing your shipping information within 1-2 days. This email will provide you with a tracking number and a link to our Tracking Page for your convenience.

Please note that the tracking information might not be available immediately after processing, as it may take 1-2 days for the carrier to collect your package and update their system with the tracking number. If you don't see any updates right away, we kindly ask for your patience and suggest checking back later. However,

if more than 4 days have gone by without any tracking updates, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team, and they will promptly investigate the situation for you.

When will I receive my order?

How do I return my order?
